We loved our accommodations with the oceanfront view. Dunes you are lucky to have her! Hot tubs, volleyball, playground, childrens activities so mom and dad can get a break once a day! Nice room, delicious breakfasts with the ocean view!! would definitely stay here again. If not for the exchange rate would be there again this year. Rooms are always clean and staff always friendly and accomodating. They have so much fun on the indoor slides, lazy rivers, ect.

We loved our stay at Dunes Village at myrtle beach, my kids had so much fun at the indoor water slides while the adults relaxed in the hot tub. Drink prices are comparable to what I pay where I live; so you're not being charged a premium because this is a 'resort'.

Yes last year and will be back in 20 days yay love it the kids had so much fun in the indoor water park i rate it a 5 but i would really give it a 10! I love it! We could lay our towels out early and while we were at the pool we could leave our refreshments on our deck and reach them any time.Our room had everything we needed and if we ran out of something the staff was very helpful. This is our 2nd tome staying here the first time we had a studio room this time we had a 2 bedroom condo with ocean front views. Food was good though.
There are so many things for the kids to with all of the pools, water parks, volleyball, and even a playground! In the Palms Tower, there is a lap pool, a "teen" pool with a basketball net, three hot tubs and a Kiddie Wetdeck with a Silly Submarine. I will be going back the end of June with my daughter and grandson . At the Dunes the room was perfect. Unit size and layouts come in a large range of options: Studios sleep up to four guests and include a kitchenette, Suites sleep up to eight guests and include a Jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/ dryer, and Condos sleep up to 16 and include a Jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, dishwasher, free wi-fi, and washer/dryer. The staff was fantastic. You can also request special items in your room upon check-in, like a birthday cake, balloons, champagne, flowers or a fruit basket. We never had a single problem with housekeeping; my wife and I are not messy people anyway, so there was actually very little for them to do in our rooms, but it was always done when we were away and they never knocked or called when we had the 'Privacy' card in the lock; as I've experienced other places. There is so much more, But you'll just have to see for yourself! The staff is always so friendly and ready to help. The units are privately owned and inventoried before and after each guest stay. The bar at the pool was great. There were a few minor problems, but they either rectified them immediately or have since reached out to me and guaranteed the issues will not happen on our next visit. For guests that want to use the kitchens in the rooms, the nearest grocery store is about 12 blocks away. It offers the typical range of barista-created hot and cold coffee drinks, as well as juices, chocolate and white milk. Dunes is located right next to the beach. We have a wonderful stay. it is not the newest or shiniest of hotels but it was clean and friendly. Rooms were big. Upon arrival and check-in, everyone gets a plastic neon bracelet to gain admittance to the water parks. The 120 privately owned condos stand out for being a grade above many of the other lodgings offered in the area.
The pools were great, the one in front of the Palmetto Tower is not heated and is chilly, but then this is October and night air temps were in the low 50's all week we were there; and I think colder with some rain the week before. we will be there again in a couple of weeks! She always asked if we needed anything and saw that we got it.We enjoyed seeing all of the attractions at the beach.I would say that the only problem we had was the handicapped accessibility. Spa We have been coming for a month every winter. The security is great. Employees were friendly and the room was fine, not amazing. Please place dirty linens and trash outside your door in the hall and our staff with automatically pick up these items for you throughout the day. Pools The resorts on-site spa, Lost at Sea, provides massages and other spa treatments. Indoor Water Park We booked it at the right time on the right website so the rate was unbelievable. One of the best vacation, we was in the Palms building, the service was the best. Also, about half way through our stay we had a water leak in our room from the roof.

I spoke with the Manager, Adam (not that these were show-stoppers by any means) and he promised they would be resolved by the end of the day. Diapers, even swim diapers, are prohibited from all pools except the kiddie pools. All were pleasant, smiling, professional and wanted to make our stay special. Dunes village did not have even a true indoor pool. The Dunes Village Resort is our favorite hotel. I can go on but highly recommend this resort. During our stay at Myrtle Beach we had a great time . I love to travel and I go to a lot of resort but Shanee at the Dunes impressed me. Hotel room was clean and spacious. She loved the kiddie pool area everything was wonderful for a 5 year.The snow cone guy in the sand area was very good idea considering it was 98 in July.It was just a really SUPER place to stay!!! The activities they have for the kids are great, rooms were clean, pool was clean, and staff was extremely helpful with everything we needed. We stayed from May 15 - 22, 2016 in an Ocean Front Queen Suite in the Palmetto building, which is actually a one bedroom condo. Also would love to win the gift card to take him and buy him some clothes . ADMIRALS ROOM Okay at best. Friendly and helpful staff. But the best place is in Myrtle Beach!!! Due to FEMA regulations the windows for our Water Parks are removed in early May and installed back by Mid-November. The weather has not ever ruined our vacations because of this. This is a lovely place with lots of amenities. We all love the pools & the beach. Both have subdued tropical dcor with modern touches. The hotel and room was nice! Very Clean Rooms/Beautiful View of ocean/Very friendly Staff. Already booked again in November. There will be a mandatory $250 fine for smoking in the unit. Both the Lazy River and the Pool by the Palms Tower are heated, as are the indoor pools. We had no issues with hotel - staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. King studio rooms great for couples. There are no lifeguards on duty, but while we visited the water park, attendants were stationed at the top of the water slides to make sure enough time safely passed between each person descending. They are homeschooled and we are able to go from Monday thru Thursday and save lots of money. Our grandchildren love this resort. Discounted rates must be booked in advance. This property sits directly on a well-kept beach where you can collect seashells. The service was fantastic, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the concierge was awesome and got us a great deal on a couple places. Games include giant checkers and chess sets, video games, ping pong tables, billiards, and foosball. We loved how close to everything, but still far away the loud noises from every place else. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Great views, great amenities and most of all the indoor water park! Lazy river was hugenot big enough for big water slides..but she could float around the lazy river all day! Once the reservation is made you would forfeit your deposit if you have not purchased the Vacation Safeguard Plan. Love being on the beach and away from the downtown. My daughter loves the activities they do each day for the kids.

With two indoor water parks and a location right on the beach, Dunes Village Resort is equipped for both sunny and rainy days. We did see a little brown rusty foam floating in the hot tub. The service is excellent. He loves the water ! Food is great. The Captains Cafe, a satellite of Myrtle Beachs well-known Sea Captains House, serves lowcountry and American cuisine for lunch and dinner with an ocean view. WOW just when I thought my expectations from my previous visit could not be surpassed, once more they were. The indoor water parks were lots of fun for the kids. When we arrived it was in the middle of the night. Complimentary parking for our guest is located conveniently across the street from the resort. Stayed at Dunes Village Resort for the second year in a rowits our new favorite! We also like the fact that the parking garage is completely contained. Both water parks will get crowded when the weather prohibits outdoor swimming.
Can't wait!!! The waterpark is part of hotel which makes it great for kids. The on site amenities guarantee there isn't a better spot to stay in North Beach. We have been to Dunes Village three times. Beach front accomodations. There are several restaurants within three blocks of the resort, but little else. This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged. In actuality, there are two water parks; one in each of the neighboring "Palmetto" and "Palms" towers. The onsite spa offers limited spa services, including hot stone therapy, massage therapy and facials. Since we discovered Dunes Village we wont stay anywhere else. The room was ocean front and had everything we needed to make us comfortable. Did have small issues with a couple of staff about construction. I rate it a 5. Otherwise it was pretty clean and in a great location. Friday and Saturday 6am-7pm.
I would definitely stay again! They also have volleyball, tennis courts and putt putt golf.
The resort does not offer babysitting services. All rooms are non-Smoking. Great place to stay. We have stayed at Dunes several times and always come back. We met family from Virginia for a weekend getaway, and family fun. Property was clean, service was amazing, beautiful view for our family getaway. We will go again because we did enjoy everything there. There are restrooms available to change in, and towels are provided.

The beach is nice and clean too! I had not been anywhere in 17 years. Each time, it has been better than the previous timesand the previous times were all awesome!
I one thing I love about the beach is being able to relax and enjoy life. We loved this place! In addition to a DIY waffle station, other hot items include eggs, bacon, and southern specialties like grits, biscuits, and sausage gravy. Hard to beat all the pools and recreational activities away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

My husband has allergies and this really messed him up and put a damper on things. My son always has a blast in the water park. There is limited public transportation service: Coast RTA buses serve 15 routes through the area. My 2 kids loved it as well!! Dunes Village is our favorite place to stay.
The cabinets and drawers held dishes, pots and pans, utensils and cutlery. We had a wonderful vacation this year at the Dunes. Loved, loved, LOVED it there!!!! I e love became we are newlyweds so this will be our tradition always Myrtle Beach. Rooms are nice and clean. We love it! =0), We always have a great time at the dunes. But I will say that it's time for an upgrade and some new renovations. Dunes Village Resort is awesome! I have two girls, one a teenager and one 5 years younger. We have been to this hotel several times in the last couple of years.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times and keep coming back because of the accommodations, customer service, and amenities. One side is a bi-level pirate ship with a slide and climbing wall. It is always nice to have a oceanview room but prefer oceanfront. 10 out of 10 will recommend a family vacation to Myrtle beach, SC! The rooms are very spacious. I have gone there for 3 yrs.
My stay their was fantastic especially since I had my 3 kids with me and they have a great indoor water park. The rooms were clean and up to date.
