Due to their size, the 75mm caster offers a very fluid rolling experience (especially hard floor 75mm casters on a hard surface).

There was some minor assembly required, so I watched the video on the companies website and had it assembled in only a few minutes.

I've used it for about two weeks.

The Amia will keep you feeling good 24/7. When hard plastic carpet casters are used on hard floors with no protection, its not uncommon for there to be wear marks, scratches, and damage to the floor itself. Chair was delivered promptly.

Two handles on the chairs backrest let you slide the LiveLumbar to the ideal position for you.

I talked back and forth with Crandall about fixes but they offered to replace the chair entirely or give a partial refund. Received the chair in about a week and it looked brand new.

I can't speak for their other "lower grade" chairs, but they post pictures of the exact chair you will get and they are very honest with even the most minor scuffs/flaws.

This Aeron chair arrived in box, I put it together in a short time with the aid of a youtube video.

These roller blade style casters improve rolling smoothness beyond the twin wheel casters, will help protect your floor, and will significantly decrease rolling noise on hard surfaces. Got 2 (3rd one on order) and both were as described on their site, perfect working condition, no issues at all. It's in like new condition, comfortable, and arrived in an easy to assemble configuration. Made in USA. They've been super easy to deal with as well!
