We waited two and a half hours after our check-in time in the lobby for our room to be ready. This will probably be the last year that we stay here and get out of the time share. They stayed busy but no longer than a 20 minute wait. The room was fine but some of the changes that the resort has made since our last visit concern me. Also, garage parking is included. Room was certainly dated, went through a huge ordeal with booking due to issues with the knot program.
