This is the 3rd time that GE Appliance (redirected via HD) has been just another call center with no access to contact delivery person directly. Called Home Depot online and for several days they've been apploligizing but delivery company has been non-responsive. They had only been at my house for a matter of 10-15 minutes. I called Home Depot, and Carolyn at the Manchester Road store said, after hearing my story, shed call me right back that day; she didnt.
