Once we finally got to the resort we checked in and were taken to our room, unfortunately not the room I had booked and not the view I had booked either, it also had two double beds that were pretty small so my fianc and I could not sleep together and the washroom shower had a dirty bandage in it. I thought I was saving money by picking this place but when you consider the cab dependency I wasnt saving anything. The room was cleaned daily, water supplied daily and small refreshment were delivered nightly. But it's hard to open the window because it's in the hallway. . AC was yours to control. Parking was free and convenient. Our room was super clean and loved how their cleaning staff would come everyday to clean the floors and re-make the bed. I am a fairly experienced traveler and have over the years visited several all inclusives for vacation. are all popular hotels in Tulum with free Wi-Fi. Also, there is a huge supermarket when you cross the street. We had a spacious room on the ground floor with a kitchen and a large table which can be used as a workplace. The location of the hotel is not very good, relatively remote and not close to the sea, but because Tulum town itself is small, not far from the sea. Not at Kore. Not even real shredded cheese. Our 10 month old developed severe hand, foot and mouth virus on our third day( We are not sure if there was a virus at the hotel) and we ended up seeking medical attention. There is a 24/7 food truck option to order food any time of the day or night. Reported all of this immediately and it was never addressed. However, you are also getting to experience some of the most delicious food in the world. Truly grateful for the free parking. Some helpful information for anyone that is traveling with kids.
