This villa is 46.8 mi (60-min drive) away from the Savannah - Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) airport, the closest popular airport to the property. Super easy to talk with, full knowledge of the plans available and the specific plans right for my needs. Bedroom 3 is located on the 2nd level and has 2 double beds. I will be recommending you to our friends, Joe. Joe understood my position completely and suggested and implemented a new plan more suitable for my finances and saved me thousands each year. One of the items is a thorough "Annual Deep Clean" which is more in depth than and takes a day or two to complete instead of the normal change over clean that is performed in between guests. And the management company offered to help us move our belongings from the 4th floor to the garage on move out day!! I was worried about noise, not an issue! He responds quickly and working with him is an enjoyable process. They also placed a call to an exterminator. The pool is conveniently located right near the front door, yet noise was not an issue. We went with the 3 bedroom to see the layout despite it not looking as nice in the photos. Offering conveniences like 2 bathrooms and a washing machine, the villa also has a refrigerator and a TV.
