Worse yet is that the stuffing material cannot be removed and replaced without opening a stitch in the side of the cushion due to there being no zipper. I like the quality of Schuler and the fact that they are not part of Masterbrands (heard of some problems) but I just found that Thomasville has a stain called Graphite that closely compares with Custom Cupboard's London Fog color and Kraftmaid has a new color called Husk that I like.

Lane basically sent us a canned apology and blew us off. In 2 weeks the seems were tearing out so I had to get the dealer to pick it up for repair. The console loveseat is covered in a durable and easy to clean upholstery that has a leather look. If my 25 yr old Lane sofa wasn't so expensive to recover, I would recoverit.
