If you want an under the jersey CP that isn't made of air and that is neck brace compatible, take a hard look at this one. I've looked through older postings on here and saw some great recs for chest protectors but not sure if the combo of both pieces of gear has been discussed yet. Using the heat gun you can get the plastic to become pliable (be careful not to heat it up too much) and using like a big metal spoon, something flatish, etc. They also make one specifically for women:Leatt Jacki Women's Chest Protector.
