Right across the street from the apartment was everything you could need..a grocery store, the boulangiere, cheese store, wine store, butcher and many wonderful restaurants to choose from. Anything and everything you could possibly want for your stay was within three blocks, including several perfect little bistro's. Several friends have already asked where we stayed and how to book this apartment. It is a real residential neighborhood despite a substantial number of tourists like us. This was the second time I've stayed at a Paris Perfect apartment and I will DEFINITELY stay at one next year when I plan to return to one of my favorite cities! We have been to Paris 4 times and this was the best by far. We did feel right at home.
Thank you so much to them all. I loved the neighorhood, everything we needed was a stone's throw way. It is quaint and charming with a marvelous location. King sized bedthe room isn't much more than that, but it was fine with us. Where to begin---our favorite thing about the wonderful Cabernet apartment was the dazzling view of the Eiffel Tower lit up at night, and we loved the balcony! Paris city vision is the actual tour provider. The location was also perfect with many of the main attractions within walking distance. We came early and stayed in a hotel for a few days before the apartment was ready. We look forward to returning! The location is perfect. The balcony is narrow, but with the windows open, the entire living and dining area is like a balcony facing the Eiffel Tower. Paris Perfect's guide to the neighborhood is a great resource. The view is amazing. We truly could not have asked for anything more. We had seven nights and could have had another seven which just means we will have to come back!! The apartment is perfect for a couple on a romantic vacation but works well as we did it with the kids. It's easy to love Paris, but the Cabernet made the experience even better and memorable. We loved the charming, clean, comfortable apartment with absolutely spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower. We will return again and again! We can't wait to come back in December with our family. We would definitely use PP again! Yes I did, with the view of the Eiffel Tower, candles, wine a gift from Philippe and the French Doors to die for. I really miss it. Apartment is well appointed and nicely decorated. The unbelievable view of the Eiffel tower is what tempted us to take this particular unit originally and reality did not disappoint. We loved feeling as "Parisians". Hope to see you next year. The neighborhood was lovely with streets lined with cafes, bistros, markets, and pastry and bread shops. For the first time, we really felt a part of Paris , as if we were living there in our very own apartment. Come home to the beautifully decorated bedroom. From the booking to the email contact with all the arrangements to meeting our "greeter" at the apartment on arrival, it could not have gone more smoothly. Separate washer and dryer is a luxury in Paris! This makes the Cabernet a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests.
The fact that you're 5000+ miles from home and still great treated extremely hospitable shows a lot for this business. It won't be long before we're back! True, but we were there for 10 days and wanted to pack light so it was a great convenience. Champ de Mars (2 mins Walking)Expansive park surrounding the Eiffel Tower. We very much appreciated the convenience of the advance grocery shopping service and pre-arranged restaurant reservations made things even more comfortable. They were everything we needed to make our time in Paris enjoyable. There were many great cafes in the neighborhood. Highly recommended! Easy to get around wherever you need to go using Uber. The pre arrival information is just amazing and really helped us to find our way around the absolutely beautiful area. Cafe Constant is a must! We so enjoyed the Cabernet apartment. My wife and I and two daughters (21 and 18 years old) spent 8 nights in the Cabernet apartmentit was our first trip to Europe and it was a trip of a lifetime. The neighborhood is lovely, and we went out every morning to get fresh croissants and baguettes for breakfast. Walk to the famous Rue Cler market street or shop at the weekly open-air markets nearby. The apartment is situated on a fantastic street with great restaurants, cafes, bakeries, wine shops, rotisserie, grocery store, cheese, pates, Rue Cler market around the corner, I could go on and on. Apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The view was perfect with the Eiffel Tower right in view as you sat at the dining table. This warm and welcoming one-bedroom property has a large and sunny living room and dining area, central air conditioning, and a fabulous location in the heart of the 7th arrondissement. Helpful restaurant and touring recommendations and tips provided in a thorough binder and e-mail in advance of arrival to aid in planning. This was a Perfect Paris stay. We loved the apartment and had a perfect time! From our balcony we had a direct view of the Effiel Tower and we were sitting on the balcony all times of the day and night. The location was wonderful with Rue Cler shops, such a delight we visited time and again. A highlight of the trip was being at the Eiffel Tower at midnight on New Years Eve. The view of the Eiffel Tower was, if anything, understated. This apartment is located on the perfect street. It looked exactly as we expected from the Paris Perfect website photos, including the view of the Eiffel Tower! There was plenty of storage for all of us including all suitcases being out of sight. Dear Philippe and Madeyln, We were in short walking distance to the metro and the buses. the team were super! We especially liked the TV, the air conditioning, and the ability to call the US. We particularly enjoyed shopping for food and drink on rue St. Dominique and rue Cler. We had a wonderful time. Your attention to detail is superb. Views of the Eiffel Tower alive at night with lights that twinkled. We are planning next year(2013). I did use the tour service and they were very responsive and helpful with advice. The local cafes & restaurants - way too many to choose from in one trip but we loved Cafe Constant and ate there twice. Good security with coding/keys; nice quiet typical Hausmann era building with a very small elevator, so it takes a few trips to get the luggage up and down, but it worked fine. I say DO IT! We booked this apartment 8 months in advance, knowing it was one of the smaller apartments offered with the view..but it was also the only one in our price range given we were visiting in peak season. I have stayed in many other apartments with PP and although I have my faves they are all fabulous!! It has every kind of food store, for example, cheese, meat, coffee, pastry, chocolate and wine shops within a 2 block area. My husband, brother and I stayed at the beautiful Cabernet apartment for eight wonderful days in late July to celebrate my birthday. Coming from the North West of Weastern Australia I thought that was going to take some organizing but very fortunately I found the wonderful team at Paris Perfect very early in the arrangements and they made it so easy. Cabernet was quite roomy for three adults, possibly four. We found the guest information particularly useful - that was a real bonus. I enjoy the space and convenience a apartment gives you, I pretend I'm a local for the week!! Paris perfect is a great name for this company as our stay was perfect. The apt was beautiful and so thoughtfully appointed with everything we could want or need. The master bedroom has a door, so we all felt we had some privacy too. Nice residential street with wonderful restaurants, shops, and grocers. We just returned from a family vacation in Paris where we rented two apartments, Chardonnay and Cabernet. What me go to Paris and then cook? The view of the Eiffel Tower is breathtaking. It was nice to have a second bathroom so each of us had our own sink - although the second shower is very small. The neighborhood is just what you would imagine a Paris village area to be. Easy communication with the hosts and very informative guide on the apartment and the area inside. We stayed in your Cabernet apartment (perhaps the closest to the Eiffel?!) The apartment is also very special because of the neighborhood. Beautifully decorated! Finally, the view, what can we say? We loved being able to have coffee and breakfast in our own surrounding every morning before setting out for the day. We literally kept our valuables in the bed. Paris Perfect made it easy for us by suggesting a driver from the airport, a greeter who explained about the apartment, and we had a neighborhood orientation walk from Celine that was informative and enjoyable. My husband and I had a marvelous stay in the Cabernet at the end of November 2012! I can't say enough wonderful things about Paris Perfect apartments. Will be staying here again soon. While this is by no means our first trip to Paris (combined, we've been almost 30 times! The amenities were great. As I stepped onto the balcony I thought how lucky we were to be in the most beautiful city in the world. The staff were great and very efficient at checking us in. From the moment we arrived family of four it was amazing too Kno victors cab service from the airport which I highly recommend and it was a breeze to our apartment. cabernet We stayed in Cabernet apartment in November 2012 as my husband had said he would like to have a view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room to celebrate his 70th Birthday! Although there are many restaurants (some with bars), it didn't seem to be an area with a big night life scene (which was fine for us), so if you are looking for that you might be happier in a more trendy neighborhood. For my first trip to Paris I must say that this was the way to go. The biggest king size bed in the universe & very comfortable. It was checked out by Paris Perfect and found the battery was dead but no one came back to change it. Thank you for providing such a beautiful setting. The first night we were in our apartment my brother said "Oh my gosh" and I turned around to see a breathtaking light show like I've never seen before! I am already planning the next visit with all the things we didn't get to this time. Cabernet was not only the best equipped apartment we have ever had, but also the most comfortable and in such a premier location. We have stayed in great locations in Paris , at wonderful hotels, but as my husband said, it would break his heart(and mine) to ever come to Paris and not stay in a Paris Perfect apartmentoh yeah, we are spoiled! Your staff was also so welcoming and helpful. The elevator, though small like all Paris elevators, was welcome after hours of walking in the city. The location was perfect with a Patisserie just across the street, a wine shop next door, a butcher shop two doors down, and a small grocery story nearby. We did the day tour to Disneyland but be aware they just sell the tours. We have felt right at home and will be homesick when we get back to NC. Each evening we enjoyed returning to the apartment with wine and cheese and other delectables, kicking off our shoes, opening the French doors to the balcony, and luxuriating while the sun set behind the Eiffel Tower. The beds are luxurious! We have been to Paris before and stayed in a hotel. First, Paris Perfect was amazing to work with. We had our greeting, staff was very friendly and helpful. My granddaughter, age 10, was with my son and I. You were very helpful and friendly.
