Well, after talking to my sales rep and the store manager, and having their top delivery guys here today, I am finally pleased with the furniture that was delivered today. I cannot take days off again and again. Today was the second and LAST time I will be in. I have purchased better quality furniture at Arhaus and BiF furniture stores in Fairfax, VA. My sales person there lied to me about the financing offered, and if I didn't hear overhear him talking to a manager, I probably would have never known about the specials they were running.

Falls apart, cushions sags, uncomfortable, etc. The most recent circa stance is the fact that a dinette set ordered on August 30th sit in their Port Charlotte Warehouse but can not be delivered until mid November. Their furniture selection is good and the prices are very reasonable, but the salespeople are OBNOXIOUS and insist on following you around (even when you ask them politely to stop). We were looking for a white couch with the removable slip cover. I highly recommend them!! Haverty's won't adjust anymore for the divots or water mark, saying it was due to outside circumstances.
