The Carribean Resorts and Villas has been our home away from home for 15 years. There is so much to do and the people are very friendly. Good buffet and a grill to get eggs or omelettes.
Our view was awesome. Rooms were in good shape and great views of the beach!

The living room and dining room furniture need major updating. The young lady at the front desk was awesome ( Hispanic your lady). My wife and I take an annual anniversary trip every December. They were great 5 families and they managed to get us all together plus booked the Pirates Voyage for all the kids. Our anniversary is Christmas Eve and we take two days each December to come and stay just one night to get away and enjoy each other and remember why we fell in love. The condo was right on the beach and a fantastic view from the 21st floor. I just think it is a family place and so much to do. Each of the rooms/suites are well appointed and clean. Check-in was a breeze at that hour.

Very clean and spacious room with convenient kitchenette. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for almost 20 years and always stay at the Caribbean. Still may. so this is my favorite myrtle beach resort and i have stayed at a few but no more the Caribbean has won! Its a wonderful family place. Caribbean villa resorts was awesome! I always have a great experience every year when I go the Caribbean.
The Caribbean located in a great location to investigate Myrtle Beach by vehicle or walking. This is an incredible, fun,beautiful, relaxing and well organized resort offering a variety of amenities like a lobby bar, breakfast buffet and a fantastic restaurant called the Captains table . The "ex suites" were fantastic as well as the smaller units.. Watch the sun come up & ocean right from the bed..Service was great!!
The view of the ocean and the sunrise and sunset made the trip all the more enjoyable. We got just that!! I will know for next time.
The room was very clean and provided ample space. I have stayed min 11 different resorts over the last 11 years and not one of them have been less than 5 stars in comfort and cleanliness and above all whole hearted southern welcome. We love Myrtle Beach because there is so much to do!
For many years, I had been a visiting guest at the Caribbean resort and was always welcomed with genuine friendliness and treated with such courtesy, respect and affection, just like they treated my host! We look forward to coming to Myrtle Beach in the spring and fall.

The service was great and the atmosphere was welcoming! Nattie, an AMAZING lady, helped us out at the front desk getting us a beautiful ocean view room in our budget. The oceanfront eatery has been a Myrtle Beach hotspot for visitors since the 1930s.
Love staying here to be able to walk next door to eat at the historic Sea Captains House. The ocean front view is spectacular. Check in went well. Game room is really nice, pools are clean and the Sea Captain on sight is out of this world!! The views of the beach and shoreline are spectacular; from the kitchen and from the large wrap-around porch.
We stayed here on our first visit to Myrtle Beach. We are extremely grateful and very appreciative as we have so loved staying here for many years!

The Pirates Plunge Waterslide is another fun water feature at Caribbean Resort.
The balcony view was beautiful. The 3 year old is constantly asking us to go back to stay at the "Princess" hotel.
The rooms are much better. I love how they make you feel like home and don't mind helping you out with anything very nice would love to bring the family, Akron One of the most beautiful places I have ever been to, excellent rooms and accommodations! At that time there wasnt the schedule for a long term rental but all along the way, that wonderful staff of Crystal the manager on duty and in charge of the rentals and Denise Clarke, the resort manager worked together to assist me every step of the way, to find the necessary information and generous assistance with finding the options available.
When I come back Im requesting this condo again.
Overall I was very pleased with the hotel and staff, though there was alot of noise and horse playing with kids late because numerous teams were there, and the staff wasn't strict on the overall noise.
Other features include large balconies, an exercise room, free covered parking, room service every day, and a new lobby with a bar. great customer service and food specials Our latest stay at the Carribean Resort was wonderful, as usual!
The Sea Captain Inn is a well-known seafood restaurant that also has great breakfast and lunch with a beautiful ocean view. Before my husband passed, he and I came there at least four times a year, relaxed, golfed, and truly enjoyed the beautiful views, the lovely ocean and the comfortable suites. We typically go with a 3 BR/3 BA condo and have never been disappointed.

I did respond to a text asking about our stay, that the shower curtain rod in the master bath was not attached and while I was told someone would come up to fix it, no one ever came. The entire experience of the Caribbean Resort & Villas was great.
Hotl was amazing, staff was polite and efficient, pools wee great, wonderful view from room.
The staff was so friendly not just in check out but during the whole stay. We chose the Caribbean because we had a 3 year old, 10 year old and a 16 year travelling with us and they had an indoor water park. Chelsea condos were great!

With us being 24 years old we had to book somewhere else to stay. Our room was in the Jamaica Tower, which is much smaller, it is two buildings over from the main resort- and the Jamaica is very old, and run down.
Front desk workers were very helpful, especially Spike. My husband brought me to Myrtle Beach to shut me up; for 40 years I begged to spend time at the beach and he fully believed vacations were only worth while if spent in the mountains of Colorado. The ladies from housekeeping were awesome also. Its always a pleasure staying here.
My kids loved the guy playing music by the pool, hes there until about 1pm. Magnolias at 26th offers buffet-style Southern favorites, including fried chicken, veggies and much more. I wasn't a huge issue, we managed fine.
I most definitely will be staying here at the Caribbean resort again. The staff is great and very helpful.

All the staff is friendly and helpful! Four-Day/Three-Night Stay at North Shore Oceanfront Resort. The cleaning staff have been working there for many years and will treat everyone as family. Crystals generous assistance with the reservation was so much appreciated.
Loved the activities for the family. Especially at night, to hear the ocean waves and the moon beaming from the balcony, I love it!!! I will definitely stay here in the future if the accommodations are still affordable for my family with no hesitations. I encourage anyone to go during her shift because she will take GREAT care of you!

This is one of our favorite resorts to stay at in Myrtle Beach. Ate at Captain's Sea House the food was the best fish and steaks I have every eaten.
My group has been staying there for 16 years. Made for an awesome vacation & 1st time ocean trip for my brother. Otherwise, it was great. We were not able to come the last two years due to covid. Even the little ones have an area under roof where they can play without being exposed to the sun.

"Certificate of Excellence" Award Winning Resort! Customer service is always friendly/great and new addition of free DVD's was a nice touch. Guests enjoy free or discounted admission to local attractions such as Myrtle Waves Water Park, Fun Warehouse, Medieval Times and more! I have been going there for 14 years and I am never disappointed. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly not to mention the location.

The Caribbean Resort was immaculate, great staff, beautiful suite with all the comforts of home. Though there has been very few issues over the years, when there may be a problem it is resolved quickly and with great satisfaction to our group. I went with my then fiance (now)husband, my mom, my aunt, my cousins and by brothers in law.
The location (between the restaurant & private homes) and size (smaller) of the hotel is just what we're looking for.

We have been going back to the Caribbean Resorts during the winter for six years now and will continue this winter also. If it's not broke! Lots of fun in the sun and water. What a shock and disappointment that the new chef would change the award winning crab cakes Dont know but We've probably been eating theire longer than he is old .

I had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo on the 5th floor, equipped with a kitchen, washer and dryer. There are 2 pools outside and one inside and 2 lazy rivers 1 inside and 1 outside. We got it for a good price and look forward to staying again there in the future.
Loved it,and plan on returning this fall if not sooner.

The Spa was absolutely the best, A one hour massage completed my stay, Along with the friendly staff at the Resort !! The golf department always makes it easy to set up our courses, too!
Staff was very friendly. Our room was real musty smelling. The kitchen had everything I need to prepare a meal. Loved this hotel. . Had an awesome stay at The Caribbean due to Mr. Daniel Locklear. But in peak season they may run out. But if its my husband and myself its usually the caribbean for location and cleanliness value and we just enjoy the place.
Evening dining is exceptional..excellent seafood beautiful on the beach dining experience.

Very clean. The staff are very accommodating and did a great job.
If you needed to get a drink you either have to take children with you and leave the play area or leave the children alone, which was not possible for us.
The pool area is clean & well maintained. DON'T FIX IT !

The weather was wonderful. Our stay at the Caribbean hotel was awesome last year was our second year there and we have already booked our next vacation for the same time this year. We arrived around 2 am that same day. And we get a fantastic breakfast every day at Captain's next door. Resort is conveniently located next door to the award-winning Sea Captain's House Restaurant. I thought the employees were rude and unhelpful. Spike listened to all stories and answered any questions they had. This year, I thought my wife and I would enjoy wintering in Myrtle beach and started the process in mid January 2021. Myrtle Beach has great entertainment venues like the Alabama theater & the Carolina Opry. I can't wait to come back in Aug.2018 and see my glorious sunrise and enjoy the sound of the waves as I go to sleep at night. My wife and I have spent December, January and February at the Caribbean Resort and Villas for the past eight years. This past September we came and stayed at the Caribbean resort and it was the best vacation I have ever had at the beach!! Escaped the cold to enjoy a bit of sun. You know when you anticipate a great vacation but dont know if where you are staying will live up to your expectations.? Lost water to.our tower for a couple of hours.
Thank you for such a wonderful city. The staff and amenities are great! The front desk lady was very polite. Variety of accomodations ranging from oceanfront double rooms to 4-bedroom luxury condos, Water features include indoor/outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, splash deck and whirlpool. North Ocean Blvd is a nicer area for families with younger kids than South Ocean Blvd. We have never had a problem and have found that the resort will go out of its way to assist us with ensuring that we get the rooms we need.
The pool areas were great and of course the beach was lovely breath taking a moments. The facilities are clean. For the past ten years or perhaps longer, I only want to stay at the Caribbean Resort and Villas.

We decided we would cut our trip short however after my husband spoke with management they graciously offered to move us to a beautiful room in a different tower! We will be back! year of the original stay dates. All the musicians did a wonderful job.
A great family friendly resort and definitely the place where we will come back to year after year. Mom and Dad can also grab a cool drink to enjoy by the pool at the bar or at the Shipyard bar next to the Pirates Plunge water slide. Rooms were nice. Each visit to this delightful hotel is better than the last and although I am never ready to leave, I feel relaxed and happy when my reservation is over, I am anxious for my next visit to this wonderful place.

This one does!! Ive stayed at the caribbean for many years.
Our room was uniquely positioned and we felt as though we were on a cruise. This hotel even had a heated outdoor pool (we got in it) and a spa and lazy river as well. It is expensive though and not centrally located. We hope to retire there! As a matter of fact, we parked our car Friday night and didn't even get back in it until we left on Monday. The upscale New York Prime is another fan favorite near the resort, serving up delicious steaks as well as other tasty eats. Hotel is clean and priced well The indoor lazy river was heated perfectly for the chilly weather outside. He absolutely loved it. Im a neat freak and was a little skeptical about the rooms due to reviews but guys this resort is excellent. Needed help on a last minute room and Mr. Daniel made it possible. What a wonderful establishment! We especially like the condo/villa units.
My 2 daughters and myself had an awesome time with oldest daughter doing the hair show and me and youngest daughter enjoying the hotel, shopping & eating. We decided to check out The Carribbean, hoping they would have a room available with such short notice.
