TP tools sells the covers. Hold the nozzle a couple of inches from the glass, and initiate the air and particle flow through the nozzle by either pulling the trigger or stepping on the foot pedal, depending on your particular setup.

Obviously, the dimensions of the cabinet dictate the maximum dimensions of the glass piece you can blast.

Use a slow, deliberate back and forth motion as you blast across the piece until the entire surface has been blasted. It is very simple to open the slots, and slide the glass through, stopping to close the slots and blast a new area as it enters the cabinet.

It looks like sand to me. If you think I can afford the $7 to build that filter system get one of these from Lowes etc.

I figure it's cheaper to replace the glass like Bruce mentions.

I was really wanting to know if there was some real benefit from buying the TP Tools Vac 40 for 300$ vs using my steel canister Shop Vac. Had them cut 12 plates up at a time and just change out the glass after it gets bead blasted.
