Hi Marc,I have a white oak floor that we were trying to keep natural, so the intention was to pickle it with a very lightly pigmented stain that would get mostly wiped off. If so, go ahead and brush more oil to those areas and then keep repeating this process. As I understand, Arm-R-Seal is a pure wiping varnish, so it is technically a clear finish.
