Cooldown: At a single stack with a 5% crit chance, we are healing 0.4 hp on average compared to Leeching Seeds 1. Harvesters Scythe is basically what Leeching Seed dreams to be. However, I decided to place it in S tier for a few critical reasons: Not once have I ever regretted having Fuel Cells in the late game. If you get to retool a bad red item it's definitely worth it but otherwise it just doesn't measure up to the better damage equipments.
